When placing an order with us please allow as much as two to four weeks for your order. Pro-forma for all overseas buyers. There is a $10.00 handling charge for all large boxes, $6.50 for all small boxes plus shipping. New Accounts: Minimum opening order is $200.00. Orders for new accounts will be shipped on a prepaid or COD basis($6.50 COD fee). Terms are available with proper credit references. To establish credit, please submit mailing addresses for three or more current trade references and bank references. Please allow four to six weeks for approval. $10.00 surcharge for all orders under $200.00. Past Due Accounts: An interest rate of 2% per month(24% per annum) will be charged on all accounts not paid in full within 30 days from date of invoice. Paying on time keeps our cost down so that we can pass the savings to you our customer. Returns: No returns without authorization. All claims must be filed within 14 days from date of invoice. Broken Or Damaged Product: Product damaged as a result of shipping must be call tagged if shipped by UPS(call UPS for instructions). All US Mail shipments will be insured so that you can file a claim with US Mail(customer pays for insurance), check with your local Post Office on how to handle claims.
